''Punnagai Poove'' ((タミル語:புன்னகை பூவே) ; (英語:Smiling Flower)) is a 2003 Tamil romantic drama film directed by D. Sabapathy of ''VIP'' and written by R. N. R. Manohar, director of ''Maasilamani'', starring Nandhaa of ''Mounam Pesiyadhe'' fame, newcomer Rekha Vedavyas and Kaveri in lead and the likes of Vadivelu, Senthil and renowned music composer M. S. Viswanathan in other supporting roles, whilst Bollywood actress Sarika, ex-wife of Kamal Haasan, making a comeback to Tamil films after 17 years, and music composer Yuvan Shankar Raja, who scored the music for this film as well, make special cameo appearances in the film.〔http://www.rediff.com/movies/2003/apr/01sarika.htm〕〔http://www.hindu.com/thehindu/fr/2003/04/25/stories/2003042500980202.htm〕 The film, produced by 'Kalaippuli' S.
